VMP Anthology goes beyond the eight albums included in your box. In 2020, we delved into the Zamrock scene: finding the last musicians left standing, researching, documenting and legitimately reissuing the uber-rare albums originally released in Zambia’s cities in the 1970s. HOW WAS THE AUDIO SOURCED?
All eight albums in this VMP Anthology were lovingly remastered and restored from the original masters by Dave Cooley at Elysian Masters, and pressed on heavyweight 180 gram black vinyl. These albums have never sounded better than they do in this box set.

What is VMP Anthology?
VMP Anthology is the vinyl box set, reinvented. It aims to use music to tell a story, and gives space for lots of listening, learning, and conversation along the way.
How much is shipping? How will shipping work?
Shipping is free in the U.S. and $20 internationally. Records will be sent in one shipment. Orders are expected to ship in 3-5 business days. Timeline is subject to change. We will notify you of any shipping updates.
Do I need to be a VMP member to purchase this?
Nope! We built VMP Anthology as a way for all fans to experience music more deeply, and VMP membership is not required.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is an interest-free financing option that allows you to make four bi-weekly (every two weeks) installment payments rather than one upfront payment. If you choose Afterpay at checkout, you will be redirected to the Afterpay site to create an account and to complete your payment. Why has the price increased since the first edition?
A lot has happened to the world of vinyl since we released our original pressing of The Story of Zamrock in March of 2020.
VMP is operating in a constrained macroeconomic environment due to supply chain shortages across the board. Everything is in shortage: From the wood pulp that’s used in the manufacturing of our slipcases and liner notes booklets, to the truck drivers who deliver our records safely to our warehouse after they’ve made their cross-Atlantic voyage from the Czech Republic. Shortages cause a rise in costs, which affect the way we do business.
We are so thrilled to be able to bring the music of Zamrock to a wider audience. In order to do so — and not sacrifice on quality — we have increased the pricing from our original release two years ago.

Is this available internationally? What about customs?
Yes, shipping is available in 16 countries in addition to the U.S. (view all FAQs for more details). Due to the box value and carrier constraints, international customers are responsible for customs and duties. When shipping to a country that is subject to VAT, this will also be due upon receipt.
