FAQ - VMP10 Bonus Records

For Existing Members:

I’m a multi-month member up for renewal this coming month. Do I have to upgrade? How does this work?

You will receive an email leading up to your multi-month renewal letting you know it's time to choose bonus records. Simply login to your account and you'll see a button that says 'Choose Bonus Records.' If you wish to renew on your existing multi-month term, you can go ahead and click that button. If you wish to change your term, go ahead and do that first and then you can select the amount of bonus records your renewing term is eligible for. Once confirmed, those records will process on the 1st alongside your renewal and be shipped out to you in that upcoming box. 

How long do I have to choose bonus records?

You have the duration of the Swap window leading up to your renewal to choose your bonus records. The Swap always opens on the 3rd Thursday of each month alongside the announce of new Records of the Month and closes at 11:59pm MT on the last day of the month. Don't worry, we will also send you email reminders and have reminders within in your account.

What if I miss the deadline to choose my bonus records?

In this instance, please contact info@vinylmeplease.com and we will see what we can do.

Do I have choose all my bonus records at once?

Yes.

I'm an existing member up for renewal later this year, do I get bonus records?

Yes. Our goal is to ensure all existing members are able to participate in the bonus record offer throughout the calendar year when it's your turn to renew on a multi-month plan. In the month leading up to your renewal, you will be notified via email and from your membership page with instructions on how to claim your bonus records.

What if I was sent a coupon code instead?

Prior to June 5th, renewing multi-month members were sent coupon codes to redeem their bonus records. If you were sent one and have still not redeemed, your code is still valid to redeem until 12/31/23.

If I become a member, when and how do I get my bonus records?

For new signups, you will choose your bonus records upon signup. They will ship in your first month's box.

I’m a canceled past member. Can I get the offer?

Yes. Just head to your account to reactivate. You will choose bonus records upon reactivation. They will ship in your first month's box.
