Andrew, Senior Editor: You did what your dad says you do when you assume. We talked about the album on our podcast, and I am firmly behind it. It’s luxurious and sounds great coming out of car speakers. However, the album started multiple fights in our Slack, as most of the staff actually really hated Views and considered me a lunatic for supporting it. So, any Drake related thing you’ve seen in the last 3 weeks on Vinyl Me, Please is my fault.
Jesse Mahoney asks: Been dying to get an answer to this question for quite some time. What's your favorite color?

Dave asks: Can you guys share your rankings of the Radiohead albums, including their new one?
Andrew, Senior Editor: We covered this on the podcast too, and like I said there, the first Radiohead you discover on your own is always everyone’s favorite, I think. That said here’s mine:

Tarek asks: Will any of Robert Plant's older solo material be reissued on vinyl, particularly The Principle of Moments?
Andrew, Senior Editor: Plant’s solo discography falls into a weird category where in certain used stores—like the ones in Wisconsin, where I live—every solo record is available in various states of used, which removes some of the motivation for a reissue. Plus, particularly the album you mention, was reissued on CD back in 2007, before the so-called “Vinyl Revival” and therefore wasn’t reissued on wax at that time. Which again, makes a new vinyl reissue unlikely.
I can’t say it definitely won’t happen, though. It’s available for cheap on Discogs though, if you’re OK buying used.
Johnny Spice asks: Have you ever considered instead of 1 full length LP doing a box with a few 7" or 12" singles from the same band?
Cameron, Head of Music & Label Relations: We have considered it, but the biggest issue that makes doing a 7” or 12” box set more difficult is simply one of manufacturing cost & price. It’s hard to convince someone to pay 3x the amount for the same music just split up into multiple discs, and understandably so. There are certain album types where this can work well such as soul, disco or funk compilations where it lends itself to dj sets, but more often than not it’s more of an annoyance than a plus.
Damian asks: I was wondering how I can get the Spins started in Dallas. I know there is a Fort Worth Spins, but that's a good 45-60 minute drive from Central Dallas.

Torrey asks: All told, I have a HiFi system worth about $12K. The main interconnects running from my receiver to my amplifier are $30 gold-played cables from Monoprice, but my HiFi retailer is recommended a cable that costs $400 (the length is 10'). Am I likely to see a $400 quality increase from just changing out the cable, or would that $400 be better spent on something else in the signal chain?
Andrew, Senior Editor: Long story short: yes, sometimes the $400 cable isn't worth it or even actually better than the $16 one you can get from Radio Shack. There's a sort of bell curve that happens that pumping that much money into your stereo will yield diminishing returns. But, I have our gear guru Ed Selley on this case, and we'll be running an article on this very subject next week.
