In 2007, Robert Plant, lead singer of Led Zeppelin, and Alison Krauss unexpectedly collaborated to release the widely acclaimed album, Raising Sand, which earned a number of Grammy awards. While the two sought to continue their collaboration, their individual careers seemed to keep them apart for some time, up until now. After 14 years, Plant and Krauss have returned with another collaboration through their new album, Raise the Roof, seeking to expand and explore beyond the sounds of Raising Sand.
