Yes, you can and will pay the additional cost, but we advise against adding any pre-order products, as they will delay your shipment.
Yes. Supplies are limited. Some will sell out. Other titles will be added later in the year.
Once you have added your bonus record to your cart, click 'proceed to checkout.' Once you are in the checkout, you will see a field in the top-right area of the screen that says 'gift card or discount code.' Paste or enter your code there and click 'Apply.' If you are on a mobile device, tap the arrow next to 'Show order summary' to reveal the coupon field.
