Are these sweepstakes open to international residents?

No, due to legal restrictions, the sweepstakes are only available to U.S. residents, void in Rhode Island. 

How do I enter?

I missed out on one of the giveaways. Can I still enter? 

You have 24 hours to participate in a daily giveaway before the next giveaway begins. The giveaways will all end at 10AM MT on Wednesday, Nov 22, 2023.

Can I enter the same giveaway multiple times? 

No, each person is only permitted to enter each giveaway once. 

How and when will I know if I win?

VMP will reach out to a winner via email after the giveaway period ends on Tuesday, November 28. Winners will have until Friday, December 1 to respond before a new winner is selected. Winners will be publicly announced after VMP has confirmed all winners’ details.

Can I swap these prizes for something else?

No, the prizes cannot be exchanged for other prizes.

The value of each Prize is determined by the Prize vendor’s suggested retail price or by the retail price the Prize is currently known to be selling for at the time the Sweepstakes were published, and is subject to change.   

Sponsor is not responsible for replacing tickets as a result of show or event cancellation, weather conditions, performer travel arrangements, lost tickets, or any other event beyond the control of Sponsor.

Prizes are offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty and may be subject to restriction or blackout dates.

If you have questions regarding any component of a Prize, please contact Sponsor at info@vinylmeplease.com. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes will depend on the number of entries submitted. Each entry shall be equally weighted and have the same chance of winning. 

• RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS:  After the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor shall randomly draw 12 potential winners from all eligible entries for the Sweepstakes.  If your entry is drawn, you will be deemed a potential winner of a Prize, pending confirmation and/or verification of your eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. 

• AWARD OF PRIZE: If you are selected as a potential winner of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor shall notify you via your email or social media account. To claim your Prize, you must respond back via email within the time period indicated herein and provide the information requested by Sponsor. Before awarding a Prize, Sponsor may require you to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules. You must execute and return all documents within seventy two (72) hours from the date it is sent to you or your Prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If you are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, decline to accept the Prize, Sponsor is unable to contact you, or in the event that the Prize or notification thereof is returned as undeliverable, you will forfeit the Prize, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative potential winner at random from the pool of all Eligible Entrants. If you do not claim your Prize within three days of the end of the Promotion Period, your win shall be null and void and the Prize will have no value to you. The right to receive a Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of prize or force majeure. The Prize will be awarded. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are your sole responsibility. All taxes (federal, state, local or otherwise) on Prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of Prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winners may be required to complete a W-9, affidavit of eligibility, tax acknowledgement, or other forms as may be necessary.  If the proper forms are not completed and returned, Prizes will be considered forfeited and will not be awarded.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  Sponsor and its employees, officers, contractors, agents, and joint venturers (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries or Prize notifications; or for any failures, delays, or misdeliveries of the postal system, computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, typographical, or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Sponsor and the Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or technical error. If, for technical reasons, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes and Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, without respect to any conflicts of laws provision that would require the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction. • PRIVACY; PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, you agree to allow Sponsor the perpetual right to use, display and otherwise exploit your name, image, photo, video, applicable social media profile, and any information you submit in connection with your entry (collectively your “Profile”). By accepting the Prize, you agree to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use your name, Profile, biographical information, and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including live television, world wide, including but not limited to on the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, you may be contacted by Sponsor with future promotional offers. • GENERAL: In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and details contained on the Site, the details set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. Sponsor reserves the right, to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Site or the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. • WINNERS’ LIST. For a list of Prize winners, write your name and address on a 3"x 5" card and mail it in an envelope to Sponsor’ address written above. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the Sweepstakes’ end date and requests must be received no later than thirty (30) calendar days after such end date.
