But because it came so close to the group’s dissolution, and because it’s concept album trappings of love as the leading light for human existence were far removed from The Shiny Suit era that was starting in earnest, it’s rarely been reconsidered in their oeuvre. No longer, we say: Ride in the immaculate auras presented on this album; hear the Tribe vibe and glide across lush beats and laid back bars. Our edition is the deluxe 25th anniversary edition, on exclusive “Cobweb” vinyl, remastered by Ryan Smith, and with a deluxe heavyweight tri-fold jacket.
