In 2007, Robert Plant, lead singer of Led Zeppelin, and Alison Krauss unexpectedly collaborated to release the widely acclaimed album, Raising Sand, which earned a number of Grammy awards. While the two sought to continue their collaboration, their individual careers seemed to keep them apart for some time, up until now.
